1. Service

Pravilo Guide is an independent international directory and information hub for Pravilo studios, independent masters, training, retreats, equipment and related practice offers.

The paid service is directory placement, profile hosting, visibility, promotional presentation, links to external booking channels and related partner communication. Pravilo Guide does not sell client sessions, medical services, therapy, certification, franchise rights or guaranteed customer results.

2. Independent studios and masters

Studios, masters, trainers and suppliers listed on Pravilo Guide are independent third parties. They are responsible for their own services, safety practices, client intake, local permits, professional claims, tax obligations, schedules, pricing and customer communication.

A verified, paid or top profile means that the profile information was reviewed for directory presentation. It does not mean that Pravilo Guide certifies the studio, guarantees outcomes, supervises sessions or accepts responsibility for third-party services.

3. Partner profiles and payments

Paid profiles may be monthly or one-year plans. A one-year plan may include a launch discount equivalent to two months free where shown on the pricing page.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Xendit payment links. The payer must review the amount, merchant name, selected method and checkout information before confirming payment.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, paid placement starts after profile approval, receipt of payment and publication of the profile or update.

4. Submitted content

By submitting profile information, photos, addresses, links, booking channels, training details, retreat details or product information, the submitter confirms that they have the right to provide that content and authorizes Pravilo Guide to display, edit, translate, format and promote it for directory purposes.

Pravilo Guide may refuse, pause, edit or remove content that appears misleading, unsafe, unlawful, offensive, duplicated, spam-like, impossible to verify or inconsistent with the directory purpose.

5. Health and safety disclaimer

Content on Pravilo Guide is informational. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation advice or a substitute for professional health consultation.

Visitors should consult the studio or master directly, disclose injuries and medical conditions before any session, and seek qualified medical advice where appropriate.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pravilo Guide and its operator are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, booking disputes, injuries, service quality, schedule changes, third-party claims, external websites, payment-provider outages or actions of listed studios, masters, suppliers or visitors.

If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid by the partner to Pravilo Guide for the affected listing period, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

7. Changes

Pravilo Guide may update these Terms, pricing, profile formats and partner rules from time to time. Material changes apply prospectively and will be reflected on this page.
