1. Information we collect

We may collect profile submissions, studio or master names, contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, WhatsApp or Telegram handles, Instagram accounts, websites, booking links, country, city, address, coordinates, photos, descriptions, training offers, retreat offers, equipment offers and messages sent through the site.

We may also keep administrative records such as payment status, selected plan, submitted date, review status, outgoing link clicks, forum or review content, language preference and basic technical logs needed for security and site operation.

2. How we use information

We use information to review and publish directory profiles, communicate with studios and masters, prepare paid placements, show map locations, route visitors to booking channels, moderate submissions, improve search pages, prevent spam and maintain payment and administrative records.

If a profile is published, public profile information may be visible to visitors, search engines and social platforms. This may include the studio or master name, country, city, public address or map area, profile text, photos, booking links, Instagram, website, WhatsApp, Telegram and offer details.

3. Sharing with service providers

We use third-party services for hosting, email, forms, analytics, payment links, maps, security and administrative tools. These providers process information only as needed to operate Pravilo Guide and partner payments.

Payments may be processed through Xendit or another payment provider selected for the payer region. Pravilo Guide does not store full card details on its own website.

4. Cookies and local storage

The site may use cookies or local storage for language choice, interface preferences, form state, analytics and security. Browser settings can usually delete or block these technologies, although some features may work less smoothly.

5. Retention

We keep profile and partner information while the profile is active, while a partner relationship continues, and for a reasonable period afterward for records, security, disputes, accounting, tax or legal requirements.

Forum and review content may remain visible unless removal is requested and approved, or unless moderation rules require removal.

6. Requests and corrections

Studios, masters and partners can request correction, update, pause or removal of their profile information by contacting Pravilo Guide. We may ask for reasonable proof that the requester is authorized to act for the profile.

We do not sell personal information. We may decline deletion where retention is required for legal, security, payment, dispute or accounting reasons.
