Buying Pravilo equipment: a supplier checklist
Questions about the frame, included components, room requirements, installation, cuffs, documentation, delivery and maintenance before buying Pravilo equipment.

Get an itemised specification
A quoted price may cover only a frame or a complete configuration for a particular use. Ask for an itemised specification showing what is supplied, what is optional and which objects in the product photographs are for illustration only. Do not transfer specifications from one model to another.
A configuration may include a frame, fixing and tensioning components, pulleys, ropes or cables, cuffs and accessories. The manufacturer determines the actual components. Check identification, materials and compatibility against that model’s documentation, not visual similarity.
Confirm room and installation requirements
Measure the room and delivery route, including doors, stairs and lifts. Request assembled and transport dimensions, weight, clearance and foundation requirements. There is no single room size that applies to every design.
Ask whether floor, wall or ceiling attachments are required and who is responsible for installation. Where building structures are involved, a competent professional must assess the proposed installation. This article is not an installation manual and supplies no load limits.
Ask for documents and a maintenance process
Request operating and assembly instructions, inspection and maintenance requirements, warranty terms and the seller’s contact details. Ask which specifications are supported by documents and whether those documents identify the exact model ordered. A document for an unspecified product is not automatically evidence for your equipment.
Agree who installs and checks the equipment, how acceptance is recorded and how damage is reported. Ask about spare parts, replacement intervals specified by the manufacturer and components that must not be replaced by the user. Do not operate equipment under unconfirmed conditions.
Treat cuffs and attachments as part of the system
For cuffs, ask about size ranges, adjustment, cleaning and compatibility. A studio also needs a clear process for cleaning or changing contact elements between users. A photograph alone cannot establish fit or an acceptable operating load.
Do not select load-bearing connectors, ropes or attachments solely by appearance or a general marketplace description. Confirm replacements against the equipment documentation and with the supplier. An assurance that “everyone uses it” is not a technical specification.
Agree the complete price and acceptance terms
Include packaging, delivery, unloading, installation, operating instruction and any applicable import costs when comparing quotes. Confirm manufacturing and delivery dates, deposit and return terms, warranty handling and transport costs for repairs.
Keep the agreed specification and photographs of the actual order. Check completeness and condition against the supplier’s documents on delivery. Pravilo Guide can help you discover suppliers, but the sale and technical terms are agreed directly with the seller. A directory listing is not equipment testing or a safety guarantee.
